The Light Gamer XF rod is designed for ultralight fishing and it targets fish such as perch, chub and trout.

The ideal lures to use with this rod are small jigs, wobblers and small spoons.

It is also very well suited for light rock fishing, with all types of baits.

The rod has a fast action and is highly sensitive. It’s made out of top quality materials and parts, such as Toray, Fuji and SeaGuide.

The rod blank is made of Japanese Toray prepeg carbon. Toray is the leading global manufacturer of premium carbon fiber.

In order to design a rod that is fast and also very sensitive, two types of carbon fiber were used in the construction of the blank. The first half is made of 40T carbon and the second half is made of 24+30T carbon.

The Light Gamer rods come equipped with SeaGuide RSolution guides. These are the equivalent of the Fuji Torzite series and have very similar characteristics. They are 1.5 times more durable than regular SiC guides, with a much lower friction coefficient.

The guides are also up to 55% lighter than standard rod guides.

For the reel seat the Fuji TVS model was used, in tandem with a custom, carbon made, locking nut. This particular reel seat model allows the fisherman’s hand to be in more direct contact with the rod and instantly feel even the weakest fish bites.
