1. Shipping fees
We deliver all over Europe using UPS, DPD and FedEx
After you place the order, we will check shipping quotes from all of the above carriers and choose the best one in terms of price and delivery time.
Carriage cost will be calculated using the shipping fees indicated below.
NOTE: Due to our carriage partners conditions we are not able to deliver products such rods, landings nets or any other product longer than 2 meters in packed form. These products are charged per volume not weight and that is why a rod segment of 2 meters is charged as weighing 10 kg. We thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: Parcells with weight higher than 31.5 kg will be splitted in two or more parcells and will be charged accordingly. For instance, a order of 40 kg will be charged as two separate orders: one for weight up to 31.5 kg and the second one for a weight less then 10 kg
Normally you will have to receive ordered goods in about 3 to 7 days within Europe. In the most cases, the order will be delivered quicker.
3. Goods return policy
Return of the goods is possible in 14 days starting from the receipt moment. You must send notice of your intention to return goods within this period. Your intention must be sent by e-mail to contact@rtb-fishing.com. After this you should send the goods back to us.
NOTE: The goods must be original packed, without use tracks and provided with all tags or stickers. Also do not return goods without paying postal charges. This will cause higher costs for the return and will be set off our refund to you.
4. Money refund / Out of stock ordered products
Commonly our showed stocks are real. However it can happen to have a stock issue if you order a higher volume than our stock level or someone else ordered before you the same product. Because we are processing orders as come it is possible to confront the situation of not being able to deliver all your ordered products.
Money refund will be done to the same payment source. For instance, we are not able to refund Paypal payment otherwise than to Paypal account payer.
The money refund order will be processed after returned item receipt.
